LeapFrog Offers Free LeapPad 2 Ultra Tablets Through a Competition

LeapPad 2 Ultra TabletsNow that the market is inundated with low-cost, child-friendly devices, LeapFrog finds it difficult to generate enough buzz in the tablet market. To boost sales, the company discounted its low-cost LeapPad 2 tablet last year, a decision that disrupted the values of its higher-margin devices, the LeapPad Ultra and LeapPad 2 Power.

Now, LeapFrog starts a new competition to allow people get their hand on the LeapPad Ultra. The tablet offers everything parents want and children love. The display is better, brighter and bigger than the standard LeapPad 2. Users could access a learning library, which offers more than 500 educator-approved apps and games. The 8GB of internal storage could accommodate enough multimedia content for children.

Available apps include Pet Chat, Utility Suite, Pet Pad Party, Art Studio Ultra, Photo Fun Ultra and others. Parent could easily manage the robust parental controls to define how children access content. The LeapPad 2 Ultra could also adapt to the child’s learning pattern.
