Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite is Available for Pre-order in Europe

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 LiteSamsung hasn’t openly announced the tablet yet, but the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite has been confirmed through the release of its user manual. The document was revealed by a Poland-based website and it refers to the SM-T110 model which is the WiFi-only variant of the device. In addition, a retailer in Poland already takes pre-orders for the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, with the WiFi model priced at $165 and the 3G-capable model (SM-T111) at $263.

As listed by the seller, the features of Galaxy Tab 3 Lite include 7-inch (1024 x 600) display, 1.2GHz Marvell PXA986 dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, Vivante GC1000 GPU, 2Mp rear-facing camera, 8GB of onboard storage, 3600mAh battery and microSD card slot. It’s clear that the Tab 3 Lite is an entry-level device that is suitable only for casual usages.

Apparently, the tablet weighs 210 grams and measures 9.7mm thick; which make the device a tad heavier and thinner than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 (9.9mm). The photograph shown by the retailer looks identical with the Tab 3 7.0, so we can’t be sure whether it is the actual photograph of Tab 3 Lite. It is rumored that the tablet will go official before or during the MWC 2014 event. The alleged arrival of Galaxy Tab 3 Lite in Europe may indicate that consumers in the UK could also get the device pretty soon.
